Anchored by its comprehensive, continually updated education database, Agile’s business model continues to evolve with the ever-changing landscape to offer enriched services—like market insight, integrations, and omni-channel digital marketing services—to maximize customer success.
“Our goal is to advance the transformative nature of education by connecting EdTech solution providers with educators, fueling seamless growth within the education sector—a win-win situation for all,” says Ali Newcomb, Senior Vice President, Marketing Strategy of Agile Education Marketing.
Agile’s database of market insight is the core of its education marketing. The database compiles all education data from numerous sources, providing EdTech solution providers a comprehensive view of the latest changes and trends in the education sector. Trends pertaining to early childhood education, K-12, higher education, and public libraries are available in rich datasets, which can be used to create targeted strategy for increased customer attention.
Agile conducts exhaustive, year-round data collection, web research, and direct phone calls for data validation to ensure its clients have the most current and accurate data about the education space. Edtech providers working with Agile reach the right people at the right time, regardless of turnover or evolving market trends.
In addition, Agile’s database provides direct work and home contact information of target decision-makers within institutions, allowing client’s sales teams to achieve territory goals with efficiency. The Agile data team maintains the database with weekly updates to ensure real-time accuracy. This storehouse of data helps clients adapt to the needs of educators and students, while keeping an eye on newly emerging markets for expansion.
The data services offered by Agile enhance and streamline the data management process of clients. Its data service team conducts append file matching for clients with the Agile database to reconcile any missing data in the client file and eliminate duplicate ID and double-data entry.
Agile ConnectLink easily integrates with clients’ CRM and marketing automation systems, pulling all the data from the Agile database to their existing system without hassle. This makes the process of updating existing records and importing new data a breeze. With Agile’s comprehensive and accurate data directly refreshing contact records, sales reps can easily access user details and get in touch with potential buyers in addition to enabling clients to create more effective outreach campaigns. Agile even provides engagement services to assist clients in creating strong, integrated multichannel brand outreach strategies to capture—and keep—the attention of prospective customers.
Agile is the success machine, behind the scenes, for organizations selling to the education market. Agile’s education data became the backbone of the marketing and sales outreach strategy for a large public EdTech organization that was looking to improve its lead conversion rates. The client, who had internal complications between teams working with different automation systems, imported Agile’s education data directly into their sales and marketing database, which added ‘grease’ to the prospecting wheel, freeing up the teams to focus on closing deals.![]()

DENVER -Agile Education Marketing, a leading provider of data and marketing services in the education sector, is proud to announce the release of its highly anticipated whitepaper: "State of K-12 Education in America." This report provides an in-depth look at the most salient challenges, concerns, and opportunities facing educators, administrators, and students across the K-12 educational landscape.
The whitepaper follows a thorough and focused survey conducted among 550 education professionals. This group consisted of 354 K-12 educators and 196 administrators and support staff. These professionals were asked to consider crucial institutional themes, which encompassed areas such as budgets and expenditures, educational resources, safety protocols, and student performance. By categorizing the responses based on their roles, the grades they serve, and the type of school (private or public), the whitepaper illuminates the significant factors affecting the field of education today. This includes the nuanced differences in perspectives between educators and administrators on subjects like mental health, security and safety measures, student behavior and performance, funding, and budgeting.
The key findings of the survey bring attention to mental health support as a top priority for both groups, although 17% of teachers expressed dissatisfaction with administrative efforts in this area. Additionally, the COVID-19 pandemic has intensified concerns related to health and safety, as well as worries about students' insufficient math skills and learning gaps resulting from the pandemic. Looking ahead, educational institutions are anticipating an increase in issues such as violence, cyberbullying, cyberattacks, behavioral problems, misuse of electronic devices, and more.
By highlighting both the commonalities and disparities in viewpoints between administrators and educators, as well as between public and private institutions, the report from Agile Education underscores the pressing need for increased psychological support, improved safety measures, and more effective allocation of resources in budgets. The comprehensive range of insights presented in the report provides valuable data to inform targeted improvements in K-12 education.
"We're excited to share findings from this comprehensive report that provide a critical look into the challenges and opportunities in our K-12 education system today," said Ali Newcomb, SVP, Marketing, at Agile Education Marketing. "As the sector continues to evolve, it's important that key stakeholders are equipped to make data-driven decisions and drive positive results."
